All of our Qigong healing and Medical Qigong courses are taught by a master instructor who is a Doctor of Medical Qigong, Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Dàoshi 道士 (ordained Daoist) in China. and a licensed acupuncturist in the U.S.

The Medical Qigong Program: How It Works
There are four progressive levels of certification—each level is a prerequisite for the next.
With the exception of Medical Qigong Doctor, each certification level is taught in a 5 module format, with each module consisting of both online and in-person instruction.
We have created a wholly unique integrative approach, allowing you to engage with video content on your own timeline and attend live webinars from the comfort of your own home, coupled with in-person experiential training—all with direct access, transmission, and guidance from our Master Instructor.
Understanding Medical Qigong Certification Levels
The accepted levels of Medical Qigong certification are progressive in nature and include: Practitioner (MQP), Advanced Practitioner (AMQP), Master (MQM), and Doctor (MQD).
All students begin at year / level one, Medical Qigong Practitioner (MQP), and subsequent advanced levels of training are available to qualified continuing students. Certification is progressive in nature and each level is a prerequisite for the next:
At 300 hours, year one of the training is the most complete and thorough training you will find available. The MQP courses offer foundational theory and unique clinical applications of Medical Qigong.
At 600 hours, the AMQP training offers advanced training in perceptional skill-sets as well as specialized clinical applications & strategies—taking clinical practice to the next level.
This level (1,000 hours) emphasizes mastery of the complex relationships between the physical, emotional, and mental capacities from clinical perspectives while exploring layers of deep, advanced personal cultivation practices.
The highest level of certification (2,000 hours) is awarded in recognition of the achievement of both excellence and discernment to only the most outstanding of clinicians.

Taught By A Doctor of Chinese Medicine & Qigong
Surprisingly, there’s a lot of “Medical” Qigong being taught by people without any medical background (or licensure) in Chinese Medicine.
Our Master Instructor is a working Medical Qigong Doctor (PRC), Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine and a licensed acupuncturist in the United States. He is also a Daoshi 道士 (Ordained Daoist) in two traditional lineages and a recognized leader in the field of Medical Qigong.
As such, students have the opportunity to receive an education with integrity, safety, and a depth of knowledge incredibly rare in the field of Qigong.

The Medical Qigong Curriculum
Our curriculum is a synthesis derived from multiple medical universities, institutions, and hospitals throughout China.
Originally developed at the Medical Qigong College at the Hai Dian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Beijing, our curriculum was adapted and refined through the collective efforts of the International Institute of Medical Qigong and The International College of Medical Qigong.
In 2005, the Chinese Ministry of Health officially recognized this curriculum for its standards of academic and clinical excellence.
This was the first time a foreign Medical Qigong curriculum was approved by the Chinese government (Ministry of Health and Ministry of Education), and formally accepted by a Traditional Chinese Medicine University.
The clinical components of our curriculum are time tested by the Qigong Health & Science Department of the Xiyuan Hospital (Beijing, China). A teaching hospital, the Xiyuan is known for prioritizing efficacy over proprietary systems.
